Phosters can provide Project Management services in the areas of design, construction and maintenance of buildings. We have extensive experience of project work that involves other contractors and the establishment of a CDM framework. We have completed several projects in which it has been necessary to work under the CDM guidelines and achieved excellent levels of service provision.

Our experience covers the supply and install of mechanical & electrical plant for major blue chip clients to ensure critical infrastructure is maintained in power failure conditions. We are committed to minimising our client’s potential exposure from any failure of buildings and facilities related systems and to mitigate the impact to business activities.

We focus on partnerships and short, medium or long-term contracts across a wide range of markets in both the public and private sectors.
